DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1: Hanoi arrival – Welcome Dinner (D)
Upon arrival at Noibai International airport, our representative will meet and transfer you to your hotel
Note: When you reach airport, please make sure that you go outside of the gate (because the driver does not allowed to go inside), then find your name from our driver’s hand and follow him to hotel, we will meet you in hotel. Day 2: Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Trang An – Mua Cave – Hanoi (B,L)
Hoa Lu - Trang An - Mua Cave 1 Day Trip Highlight:

Tour Detail:
7:30 - 8:00: The bus and tourguide will pick you up at your hotel lobby in Ha Noi Old Quarter for departure to Ninh Binh. Ninh Binh is local province where has a lot of beautiful places. It is not too far from Hanoi, it is only more or less 2 hours drive from Hanoi to Ninh Binh. You will have a short break on the half way.
10:30 - 10:40: Arrive Hoa Lu ancient capital of Viet Nam. You will visit Dinh King temple and Le King temple in the 10th centery, finding out the heroic histories of this two king in Chinese Wars.
11:50 - 12:00: Have a buffet lunch with Vietnamese cuisine at local restaurant.
13:00 - 13:05: Get on the bus go to Trang An wharf for enjoying unique sampan to visit Trang An cave complex.
15:00 - 15:05: Biking around Trang An area and enjoy Vietnamese tea break.
15:40 - 15:45: Keep going to visit Mua cave. The place attracts visitors with its many interesting stories. Climb 500 stone steps, here you can see all the way to Tam Coc, enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the countryside and Ngo Dong river.
16:55 - 17:00: Get on the tourist bus to return Ha Noi.
19:00 - 19:30: Arrive Ha Noi, drop off at your hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter.

Day 3: Hanoi - Halong bay 2 days, overnight on cruise (B,L,D)
08:00: Pick up at your hotel to Halong bay
12:30: Receptionists welcome guests at the International Tuan Chau harbour.
12:45: Captain welcomes guests to Syrena cruises by tender. Check in cruise, whilst enjoy a welcome drink, safety briefing and check in cabin.
13:00: Leaving International Tuan Chau harbour, discover the Halong Bay - natural wonders of the world. Have lunch with special foods while cruising through famous sights Ba Hang fishing village, Đỉnh Hương island, Chó Đá islet, Gà Chọi islet...
14:30: Cruise stops at Bồ Nâu cave, the core area of the world natural heritage. Transfer by tender to Surprise cave - one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay.
15:45: Leaving Surprise cave, transfer by tender to the Titov island was named by Uncle Ho, after Gherman Stepanovich Titov - the Soviet astronaut who visited in 1962 Enjoy swimming, relaxing on the beach or climb the steps of the Rock to the top of the island. On the top of the mountain, you can see corner of magical Halong Bay ...
16:45: Back to the cruise. Relax and enjoy sunset on the sun deck. Go to the overnight place.
18:00 – 19:00: HAPPY HOUR - Buy 1 drink get 1 free (wine excluded).
18:30: Enjoy Vietnamese cooking demonstration.
19:00: Acquaint yourself with the set menu dinner.
20:30: Evening activities include: film entertainment (in the dining room); squid fishing; massage (contact with cruise manager for service price)...
Overnight on Cruise
Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi – Sleeping bus to Sapa (light breakfast – brunch - D)
06:00: Morning call (if you request).
06:30: Enjoy Tai Chi instructions on the sundeck in 30 minutes whilst cruising to Luồn cave.
07:00: Enjoy light breakfast in the restaurant (coffee, tea, fresh milk, water, pastries, bread, egg, fresh fruits, cereals will be served in the dining room).
08:00: After breakfast, take a guided tour to visit Luồn cave - .one of the cave open to the form beautiful about endemic the vegetation of the Halong Bay. Visit Luồn cave by a traditionally woven (bamboo) boat rowed by a local boatman.
08:30: Then come back to Syrena cruise, relax and check out of cabin. Please put your luggage outside the door. Our porters will collect and get them ready on the Pier for you. Finally, the cruise disembarks in International Tuan Chau harbour.
09:15: Enjoy brunch buffet menu served in the dining room. Settle bills in the dining room after brunch (if you have).
10:45: Transfer by tender back to Tuan Chau harbour and disembarkation. Farewell to guests.
14:30: Hanoi arrival. You walk around Hanoi Old Quarter by your own, and have some street food.
16:00 – 19:00: Check in A25 hotel to take shower before going to sleeping bus to Sapa
19:30: Enjoy dinner at restaurant
21:00: Go to bus station and depart to sapa

Day 5: Sapa - Cat Cat - Y Linh Ho – Tavan (L,D)
Highlights: On this trip you will trek along Muong Hoa River sneaking through the valley nearby Sapa town, which is surrounded by huge rice paddy terraces. On the way you will learn more about how is the rice cultivating, from when the seed sowed to harvested, until being served as cooked rice on your dinner table. The night you spend in Tavan village, the unique village in Sapa area where Giay minority live, will be an excellent experience.
Met up at your hotel in Sapa by local guide and driver for a short road transfer heading to Cat Cat village. After a couple of minutes, you will follow a road going downhill to Cat Cat village. You will stop by a waterfall and a hydroelectric station for a while before you trek on a dirt trail through rice paddy terraces. You will also enjoy spectacular scenery while walking along a narrow river. You eventually arrive in Y Linh Ho village of Black Hmong minority, where you can take a rest while you are served lunch nearby the river. After lunch, you head Muong Hoa valley. You will pass through Lao Chai village of Black Hmong minority and then Tavan village of Giay minority by following a very popular trekking route. You will spend the night in local house of Giay minority. You will be able to take a walk to enjoy the valley view as well as swim in the river nearby.
Approx: 5 hours walking/ 1-hour lunch.

Day 6: Tavan - Giang Ta Chai - Su Pan – Hanoi (B,L)
Once you get energy for your last day trek by having a delicious breakfast, you leave for Giang Ta Chai village of Red Dao minority. You will trek through bamboo forest, which belongs to Hoang Lien National Park. On the way you will pass by a waterfall where you will have time to take a rest and enjoy the surroundings. You will find a nice place to enjoy lunch.
After lunch, you continue toward Su Pan, a small village located by the road. Here you start your journey back to Sapa by car.
Approx: 1-hour driving/ 3 hours walking/ 1-hour lunch.
15:30: We depart for Hanoi by Limousine Van
21:00: Hanoi arrival.

Day 7: Hanoi – Cao Bang – Pac Po (B,L,D)
06.00-06.30: Pick up at the hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter area. Beginning of the excursion with Cao Bang.
Have breakfast on the way (paid by yourself) (I will ask the hotel staff to make take away breakfast for you – don’t need to pay, if you eat more in the restaurant, you pay by yourself)
12:00: Have lunch in the restaurant. After lunch, get in the car and go to Cao Bang and take somes photos with Wind Pass, Khau Khang Pass, Cao Bac Pass and Tai Ho Sin Pass.
15:30: Enter Pac Bo historic monument (50km away from Cao Bang). Have a view at the place where Ho Chi Minh lived and led Vietnam’s revolution from 1941 to 1945. We will have time to take pictures at Lenin Stream, Karl Marx Mountain and visit Coc Bo Cave.
18:30: Arrive Cao Bang, check in at the hotel, take a rest and then have dinner. After dinner, you are free to do anything. Overnight at the hotel in Cao Bang city.
Day 8: Cao Bang – Ban Gioc Waterfall – Nguom Ngao cave (Tiger cave) – Ba Be (B,L,D)
06:30: Check out of the hotel, have breakfast and get into our car, off to Trung Khanh. Have a chance to see the wild and imposing beauty of Ma Phuc Pass.
09:00: Continue with visiting Tiger Cave, one of the greatest caves in northern Vietnam.
10:00: Visit BanGioc Waterfall, with 53m height, divided into 3 levels. This is one of the most beautiful waterfalls of Vietnam and it also is the fourth biggest waterfall in the top 10 greatest waterfalls lying between 2 countries in the world.
12:00: Have lunch. After lunch, visit Phuc Sen Knife Village, which is famous for making knife tradition.
Continue going to Ba Be. Have a chance to see the wild and imposing beauty of Tai Ho Sin Pass, Cao Bac Pass, Khau Khang Pass and especially Wind Pass.
18:00: Arriving at Pac Ngoi village, checking in Homestay and relaxing. Enjoy a cup of coffee (self-paid) at the end of the afternoon.
19:00: Have dinner. After dinner, tourists can participate in some activities, such as: performing art activity, campfire activity or listening to Then music (self-paid).

Day 9: Ba Be – Thai Nguyen – Hanoi (B,L)
06:30: Breakfast at the hotel or the stilt house. After breakfast, you pack your luggage to the car, then walk along the small road by the lake leading to Pac Ngoi boat station. Sitting on a small boat, you are relaxing to admire the lake while looking for yourself at the perfect shooting angle. On the Lake, boats will stop at the following points:
✔ Farry Pond is located at the corner of the third lake of Ba Be Lake, a small lake located in the middle of a mountain high above the lake. It is said that in the past, the fairies used to play chess here.
✔ An Mạ Temple: According to legend, in the Le-Mac war, Mac generals lost the fight. They ran to Puong Cave and ended their lives there to protect their loyalty and pride. To eulogize Mac generals’ spirit, people built a temple to worship the Mac family. Worried that Le soldiers would destroy this temple, they changed its name to An Ma. The word “An Ma” means “peaceful and beautiful grave” in Tay people’s language.
✔ Widow Islet - a lovely small island located right in the center of the lake, associated with the formation of the lake. Boats go around the island slowly for you to take pictures.
12:00: Lunch at the restaurant. After lunch, we continued to drive to Hanoi. On the way, visit the Duom temple, the famous temple in Phu Luong, Thai Nguyen.
18:30: Arrive in Hanoi. Tour ends. See you again!
